I love connecting with wombyn and guiding them through the beautiful journey of discovering and truly embodying their Divinity. I am guided by Divine Source, with the assistance of ancestors and allies in the unseen realms. My breath, my movements, my words, my sounds, are all Divinely inspired.
It was not always this way… death and desertion met me early in life. And an abusive and predatory step-father crushed my spirit and left me in survival mode.
I was a very accomplished survivor! Started college at 15. Corporate career began at 22. Living Foods Consultant at 27. Skydiving instructor at 28. Dahn Hak Energy Yoga instructor at 30. Qigong Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator at 32. Climbed the corporate ladder and, at 37, landed a starring role at a global iconic brand that everyone thought was the most amazing thing ever! On the outside, life looked grand. My friends and family thought I had “made it”. But I was stressed out and suffering. Inside I was dying…
Working hard, playing harder. Overindulging in alcohol. Saying yes to others and no to myself. Thankfully I did have my movement and meditation practices, but I was not honoring myself fully. I could not face myself in the mirror.
But that all changed the day…
I made a Sacred Vow to listen to my Body, and the Voice inside, no matter what, and make every Breath a Prayer. I vowed to honor my BodyTemple, and invite Divine Love, to express through me, always, in all ways.
Now, I gaze lovingly at myself in the mirror. Authentically connecting & praising myself for being the best me… mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, healer, Visionary Mother, Breath Alchemist and conduit of Divine Love… that I can be.
I hold safe, deep, sacred space.
I will guide you through deep, rapid and lasting transformation.
You are Divine.
You are Sacred.

- overcame alcohol abuse as a coping mechanism by finally making a vow to always listen to her body no matter what, making a commitment to Self Healing for herself, and ultimately guiding women to trust in their own authority and come back to Unconditional Self Love.
